UNION MEMBER OF THE MONTH!!
Metro Detroit AFL-CIO would like to recognize a union member each month
who has exhibited outstanding work in support of the union and the labor movement.
Union Presidents send in your nominees along with a brief story about their union activistism. He or she must be a true union activist, and have provided both time, effort, and support to growing
the labor movement. The member can be a rank
and file member or an officer, but not the President. Any member nominated by the President of a Metropolitan Detroit AFL-CIO affiliate will have their picture placed on the website for a month, and also in the Labor newsletter. Labor Newsletter Editor, Bridgette Bradley, will interview each nominee and write the story to appear on the website and in the Labor News.
Send nominees to bbradley_aflcio@yahoo.com.
